About Me

"I will:
● Always uphold my fiduciary duty to the highest standard of care for my clients
● Share my passion for real estate to guide and educatemy clients to make educated decisions
● Under promise but over deliver on all of my commitments"

Hi,

My name is Daniel Hsu and I am a Realtor, Certified Residential Appraiser, and Real Estate Broker with Century 21 Discovery. I have worked in all fields of the real estate industry from residential to commerical from being an analyst and appraiser to working with buyers and sellers. With my appraisal background I specialize in investments and listings - I understand the numbers that go into a real estate investment from something as simple as a single family residence to complex 100+ unit apartments and can help accurately price a property for a seller and work out the numbers for a buyer or investor to get it sold. I have an endless passion for real estate and love educating clients so that he/she can make an educated decision to possibly one of the most important transactions he/she will make.

My other passion is in technology - being a graduate of information and computer science at UCI I embrace all things geeky. From the newest gadgets to creating web sites I like spending my free time keeping up to date with all the latest trends and seeing them in action at trade show conventions such as CES (Consumer Electronics Show) and E3 (Electronic Entertainment Expo). If you have a question about social networks, computers, or even what's the difference between a 720p and 1080p television I can probably help.

If you are pleased with my performance always remember that the highest compliment I can receive is the referral of friends and family.
